The construction of Silk Road Economic Belt, 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road is a major strategic plan made by CPC based on the world pattern, Europe, Asia and Africa stage. This paper introduces the construction situation, foreign factors, cause analysis,solutions for the implementation of Belt and Road in Xinjiang.
