Design and Application of Detecting Device for Testing State of Platen in YB917 Packer

YB917型条外透明纸包装机是ZB47型硬盒硬条包装机组中卷烟包装的最后一个单机,在YB917第一提升处压板打开的状态(正常状态是压板关闭)下启动机器,YB917第一提升接应杆将会撞到下面的压板,造成第一提升接应杆的损坏,目前故障率100%。为解决第一接应杆损坏的问题,根据YB917的工作原理和结构特点,设计了一种检测装置。该系统通过电容式传感器检测压板的状态,只有在压板正常关闭的状态下才可以启动机组。应用效果表明,该检测装置操作简单,使用方便,调试结果的可靠性达到了100%,有效地降低了机组的部件损坏率。

YB917 paper packaging machine is the last single cigarette packaging of ZB47 packing unit. While the first lifting plate at the open state（normal state is pressed plate closed） start the machine, YB917 first lift receiving rod will hit the bottom of the pressure plate,resulting in damage to the first lift receiving rod, the current failure rate of 100%. In order to solve the problem of the first lift receiving rod damage, according to the working principle and structural characteristics of YB917, designed a detection device. The system detects the state of the platen by means of a capacitive sensor. The unit can be started only when the platen is normally closed. The application results show that the testing device is simple and easy to use, and the reliability of the debugging result reaches 100%, which effectively reduces the damage rate of components.
