摘要 近些年来,机械加工技术与工艺正在迅速更新。机械加工推动了整体经济进步,然而同时也带来较多污染与能耗。在新的形势下,对于机械加工领域亟待运用绿色制造的新理念,依照环保与节能的基本思路来改进现阶段的机械加工工艺。绿色制造技术面向机械加工中的具体工艺规划,因而有利于减少能耗并且杜绝过高的污染,在此基础上确保机械加工获得优良的实效。因此对于机械加工领域的绿色制造技术,有必要明确绿色制造的基本特性与内容;结合机械加工在现阶段的技术状况,探求面向工艺规划的机械加工技术措施。 In recent years, mechanical processing technology and process are rapidly updated. Machining has driven the overall economic progress, but at the same time has brought more pollution and energy consumption. In the new situation, it is urgent to use the new idea of green manufacturing in mechanical processing, to improve the current machining process in accordance with the basic ideas of environmental protection and energy saving. Green manufacturing technology is oriented at the specific process planning in mechanical processing, which is conducive to reducing energy consumption and eliminating excessive pollution, so as to ensure the mechanical processing obtain good results. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the basic characteristics and contents of green manufacturing in the field of machining. Combined with the current state of machining technology, this paper explores the mechanical processing technology for process planning.
