一起由“单相接地故障”引发的停电事故分析与处理

摘要 本文结合一个典型的事故案例,分析中性点不接地的电力系统发生单相接地故障时,可在短时间内维持运行。但是,在此期间非故障相电压会升高姨3倍,长时间运行将造成设备绝缘受损,严重时危及线路运行安全和人身安全,并且使用户因此蒙受重大损失。因此,运用正确的方法针对电力系统单相接地故障进行诊断、分析与处理,对保障电力系统安全稳定地运行至关重要。 In this paper, based on a typical accident case, it is analyzed that when single-phasegrounding fault occurs in the power system with ungrounded neutral point, thesystem can maintain operation in a short period of time. However, during thisperiod the non-fault phase voltage will rise to 姨3 times, and long-term operation will result in equipment insulationdamage, even endangering line operation safety and personal safety when thedamage is serious, and the user will suffer significant losses. Therefore, itis very important to use the correct method to diagnose, analyze and processthe single-phase grounding fault of the power system, which is very importantto ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system.
