高校学生党员发展“积分制”管理模式研究

A Study on the "Integral System" Management Mode in the Development of College Student Party Members

针对高校学生党员的发展过程监控力度不够,发展标准难于量化等问题,本文从政治素质、能力素质、道德品质、先锋模范4项1级指标,13项2级指标进行量化,构建"积分制"管理模式下高校学生党员发展定性与定量相结合的指标体系,促使高校学生党员发展工作更加规范化、标准化、精细化。

In view of the problem that the monitoring of college student Party member development is not enough and the development standard is difficult to be quantified, this paper designs four indicators, namely, political quality, ability, moral quality and vanguard model,and 13 second-level indicators, and constructs a qualitative and quantitative combined indicator system of college students Party member development under ＂integral system＂ management mode to promote the development of college student Party members more standardized and refined.
