摘要
发展全科医学是我国当前医学教育改革的重要内容,大力培养全科医生则是发展全科医学的一项基础性工作。课程直接关系着人才培养的规格。本文通过对我国30所高校的全科医学教育课程设置的研究,归纳了当前我国全科医学教育课程存在的主要问题,在深入分析这些问题产生的原因的基础上,提出了改革全科医学教育课程的若干建议。
The development of general practice is an important part of the current medical education reform in China, and it is a basic work to develop general practitioners. Curriculum is directly related to personnel training specifications. Based on the research on the curriculum of general practice education in 30 universities in China, this paper sums up the main problems existing in the course of general practice education in China, and based on in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems, puts forward some suggestions on the reform of medical education curriculum.
