Study on Influencing Factors of Knowledge Sharing in Construction Project

知识共享作为知识管理的核心要素,在建筑工程项目领域受到越来越多研究人员的重视和关注。为了理清制约建筑工程项目知识共享的影响因素,本文把影响因素分为主体、客体及环境三个维度,分别阐述了三个维度的影响因素对建筑工程项目知识共享的重要性。

As the core of knowledge management, knowledge sharing has been paid more and more attention by researchers in the field of construction projects. In order to clarify the influence factors of knowledge sharing in construction project, this paper divides the factors into three dimensions： subject, object and environment, and respectively expounds the importance of influence factors of three dimensions on the knowledge sharing of the construction project.
