我国农副产品的开发利用现状

摘要 我国是农业大国,农业生产面积大,农业副产物非常丰富。但是对农副产物的利用率却非常低,造成严重的资源浪费和环境污染。通过研究和总结,简单的论述利用微生物发酵技术生产微生物发酵饲料的过程和优势。研究表明,微生物发酵饲料蛋白质含量非常丰富,营养价值高,是家畜和水产动物养殖饲料原料的重要来源。通过微生物发酵饲料喂养的奶牛产奶量大,喂养的猪肉质好,瘦肉率高,完全符合国家的肉质标准。微生物发酵技术提高了农副产品的利用率,为家畜的健康快速增长提供了基础,同时减少了资源浪费和环境污染。 China is a large agricultural country, agricultural production area, agricultural by - products is very rich.
