汉语国际教育专业跨文化交际能力培养的理念与策略 被引量:2

摘要 跨文化交际能力在帮助国际汉语教师培养跨文化意识、规避跨文化冲突、提高国际汉语教学质量,促进中华文化传播方面起着重要作用,一名合格的国际汉语教师应同时具备跨文化交际的能力和跨文化交际的教学能力.当前,汉语国际教育专业跨文化交际能力的培养在课程体系构建、师资水平、教学大纲、教材使用及教学模式方面存在诸多亟待重视和解决的问题,应尽快调整专业课程设置,加强优秀教材的编写,实施知识传授与实践并重的教学改革,优化师资队伍建设和构建科学的考评方式. Intercultural communication competence takes an important part in helping international Chinese teachers to cultivate cross-cultural awareness,evade cross-cultural conflict and improve thequality of InternationalChineseEducation. Meanwhile,t helpsto spread Chinese culture aboard. A qualified international Chinese teacher issupposed to possess the ability of cross-cultural communication and cross-cultural teaching. At present, there are numerous problems that have to be paid attention to and solved insuchascourse system, quality of teachers, teaching programme, usage of teaching material and model of teaching for International Chinese Education. For that, we should adjust professional curriculum p rovision, enhance textbook compilation, implement teaching reformation which combine theoretical knowledge and practice, optimize teaching staff and build a reasonable evaluation system as soon as possible.
