摘要 为解决现有机床供应链存在的信息不对称、资源共享低,协同困难、运营效率较低等问题,分析了机床供应链的运营现状,将云技术应用于机床供应链,提出了一种云模式下机床供应链协同模型。进行了云模式下机床供应链系统架构,通过客户需求的分解、抽取将需求分发到对应的子云平台及企业群,由胜出企业协调协同服务,以服务和的形式来满足客户需求。并运用LINGO软件寻求该模型下供应链成本最低的供应路径,从而有效提高机床供应链服务效率和质量。 To solve the existing machine that exist in the supply chain of asymmetric information and resources sharing low,coordination difficulties,operational efficiency is low,analyzes the operating status of supply chain in machine tools,will cloud technology used in machine tool supply chain,put forward a cloud model machine tools under supply chain collaboration model. The cloud model of machine tool supply chain system architecture,by customer demand decomposition,extraction needs to be distributed to the corresponding cloud platforms and enterprise group,by the winning enterprises coordinate collaborative service,in the form of services and to meet customer demand. And the LINGO software is used to find the supply path of the lowest supply chain under the model,so as to effectively improve the efficiency and quality of the machine tool supply chain.
