摘要
研制了一种100%再生骨料的新型节能复合自保温承重砌块,并在现有国内混凝土砌块试验数据的基础上,优化了内填保温材料的配合比,通过ANSYS软件进行有限元分析,指出该砌块符合现行自保温承重砌块技术规程与东北寒冷地区节能保温要求。
A 100% recycled aggregates is developed a new type of energy-saving insulation composite since the bearing block. On the basis of the domestic concrete block existing test data,optimized the filling the mixture ratio of insulating material,by ANSYS software in finite element analysis,the bearing capacity is superior. Conforms to the current technical specification since the insulation bearing block and the northeast cold areas energy-saving insulation requirements.
