摘要
针对平煤股份十一矿在采矿过程中深部巷道围岩裂隙发育比较突出的问题,一般的支护如锚网、架棚支护加固形式难以有效控制矿山围岩变形,采用现场试验研究方法,研究了以"锚网索喷+中空注浆锚杆+注浆组合锚索"支护为主,以中空注浆锚索补强为辅的支护方式下深部巷道围岩裂隙发育情况,研究得出:巷道锚喷强支护配合注浆加固技术能够很好控制了巷道的持续流变形态,确保了矿井安全生产,对于隧道、地铁、金属矿山等相关地下工程有很好的借鉴意义。
In allusion to the problem of fissure development of the surrounding roadway in the mining process that is more prominent, the general supporting, such as anchor net, shelving support form of reinforcement that is difficult to effectively control the mine surrounding rock denaturation,using field test research methods,the main application of " anchor net cable spray + hollow grouting anchor + grou-ting combined anchor" with the support of hollow grouting anchor reinforcement, the fissure development of surrounding rock in deep roadway. It is concluded that the roadway anchorage and grouting reinforcement technology can control the continuous rheological form of the roadway and ensure the safe production of the mine. It has a good reference for the underground engineering field such as tunnel, subway and metal mine significance.
