摘要
针对孤岛工作面动压巷道锚杆支护问题,以镇城底矿为研究背景,采用有限差分数值模拟FLAC3D软件,研究了该矿22613轨道巷受力特征和围岩的变形情况,镇城底矿的南六采区22613工作面与其相邻的22611工作面相距20 m,而工作面采空区的稳定需要一段时间,在22613工作面的轨道巷服务期间,22611工作面采空区还未完全稳定,顶板岩层活动产生的残余支承压力将会对22613轨道巷产生显著的影响,增加了巷道支护的难度。依据巷道支护理论设计了合理的加固支护方案,研究表明:加强巷道两帮的支护,同时降低起锚高度,能够有效减少由于应力而引起的巷道底鼓问题,为孤岛工作面动压巷道锚杆支护设计提供了指导意义。
To study the bolt support ing problems of dynamic pressure roadway on island face, taking Zhenchengdi mine as the studying background,by applying FLAC3D numerical software,and taking 22613 track roadway as the research object , the stress and deformation characteristics of surrounding rock were studied. The distance of 22613 working face and adjacent 22611 working face is 20 m ,and the gob of 22611 working face is not stable, so, residual abutment pressure induced by strata activi ties of roof can have great influences on 22613 track roadway, which has improved the difficulty of roadway supporting. According to the theory of roadway supporting, reasonable supporting scheme was designed. Research has shown that, strengthen the supporting of two sides of roadway, while reducing the height of the anchor,can effectively reduce the roadway floor heave problems due to stress,which provides the guiding significance for the de-sign of the bolt support in the dynamic roadway.
