摘要
磁头折片组合装载是硬盘驱动器自动化生产过程中的一个重要环节。针对目前应用的真空吸头在结构上存在的问题,通过设计及优化,提高了吸头吸附的可靠性及定位的准确性;吸嘴数量的增加,提升了装载效率,整体结构简单紧凑,高效实用,满足了实际生产要求。
The HSA loading is an important link of automated production process for the hard disk drive. According to the problems existing in the application of vacuum suction head, through design and optimization, the reliability of the suction head and the accuracy of positioning are improved, and the number of the nozzle increases, the loading efficiency is improved. The overall structure is simple and compact to meet the actual production requirements.
