摘要 全国钢铁冶炼产生的冶金渣达数千万吨。数量巨大的高温、散落式钢渣借助渣罐进行盛装,大部分借助抱罐车对渣罐进行装卸和倒运。抱罐车是集背罐、运罐、翻罐和放罐四大功能于一体的特种运输机械,而抱罐车前车架设计制造是抱罐车设计的重要部分。本文对前车架的钢结构件进行研究,对目前常用的各吨位抱罐车前车架设计制造进行标准化。 The metallurgical slag produced by steel smelting in China is tens of millions of tons. A large number of high temperature, scattered steel slag with slag tank for the costumes, most of the tanker with tankers for loading and unloading and transport. Holding tanker is a special transport machinery which integrates the four functions of back tank, can transport tank, turn over tank and release tank, and the design and manufacture of front frame of holding tanker is an important part of the design of holding tanker. In this paper, the front frame of the steel structure of the study, the current commonly used in the tonnage of tank car front frame design and manufacturing standardization.
