摘要
料仓旋转主要用来消除混合死角,其旋转速度和旋向直接影响混合机物料混合效果。在给定主桨、副桨额定转速和转向下,基于EDEM离散元分析软件,以软球模型理论和颗粒点接触模型理论作支撑,仿真分析料仓不同转速和转向下设备混合效果,最终得到最佳混合效果目标下的料仓旋转方式和转速。所得优化结果,对提高混合机混合效果具有重要价值。
Mixer's silo rotation is mainly used for eliminate the mixing blind angle,the speed and direction of silo rotation have direct effect on mixing performance. Under the rated speed and rotation direction of main blade and vice blade. Author using the discrete element analysis software EDEM,based on the theory of soft ball model and grain contact model,and have simulated the mixing performance under different rotation speed and direction. Finally found the best mixing performance and its way of mixer's silo rotation and rotation speed. The result of the optimization design is of great value to improve the mixing performance of mixer.
