摘要
利用润滑脂性能检测仪器,分别对润滑脂的流变性能和摩擦磨损性能进行研究。首先理论分析它们之间的相关性,然后对比实验结果,最后根据润滑脂的流变性,估算其摩擦磨损性能并进行数值模拟,与实际实验结果进行对比。结果表明:润滑脂在相同的润滑条件下,其测得的摩擦磨损中的转矩值、摩擦系数值均随着润滑脂的表观粘度的变化而变化。
The rheological properties and friction and wear properties of grease were investigated by using grease testing instruments. Firstly, the correlation between them is analyzed theoretically, and then the results are compared. Finally, the friction and wear properties of the grease are estimated and the numerical simulation is carried out to compare with the actual experimental results. The results show that the values of the friction and the friction coefficient in the friction and wear of grease change with the change of the apparent viscosity of the grease under the same lubrication condition.
