摘要
针对50t电弧炉短网设备故障率高及维护运行成本高的现状,通过计算设定短网最佳匹配阻抗,提高短网、铜板之间的焊接质量,同时采用加装双重隔离措施等一系列创新手段,降低了短网故障,减轻了维修强度,提高了设备利用率,取得了较好的效果。
Aiming at the high failure rate and high maintenance cost of 50 t electric arc furnace short-net equipment,the optimum matching impedance of short net is calculated to improve the welding quality between short net and copper plate. At the same time, double isolation is adopted. A series of innovative means to reduce the short network fault, reduce the maintenance intensity and improve the utilization of equipment, and achieved good results.
