摘要 随着现代科技的不断发展,数控技术在机械加工中的应用越来越广泛。数控技术是现代化、高精度化、大规模化生产的核心技术,是未来制造业生产的发展方向。当前,数控机床的数量已经成为衡量一个国家综合国力和国家工业现代化水平的重要标志之一。数控技术能够完成传统普通机床无法完成的工作,能够有效提高产品的加工效率,降低工人的劳动强度。本文主要分析数控车削技术的应用现状,总结轴类零件数控车削加工工艺的确定方法,最后对轴类零件在数控车削加工工艺存在的问题进行分析。 With the continuous development of modern science and technology, the application of numerical control technology in machining is more and more extensive. CNC technology is the modernization, high-precision, large-scale production of the core technology, is the future development of manufacturing production. At present, the number of CNC machine tools has become a measure of a country's overall national strength and the level of national industrial modernization one of the important signs. CNC technology can complete the work of traditional ordinary machine can not be completed, can effectively improve the processing efficiency of products and reduce labor intensity. In this paper, the application status of CNC turning technology is analyzed, and the method of determining the NC turning process for the shaft parts is summarized. Finally, the problems existing in the NC turning process of the shaft parts are analyzed.
