摘要
职业自我概念首先由国外的职业指导研究者提出,此后不断发展变化,但仍存在缺陷和不足,重新定义职业自我概念具有现实意义。新的职业自我概念涵盖职业锚定和人职匹配、从业者对职业的社会角色和功用的看法、从业人员对人生价值的认识和职业价值的理解三个方面,分别对应心理学、社会学和哲学领域的思考,厘清了概念的逻辑结构。新的概念的提出对开展大学生就业观念教育有着重要的引领作用,能更好地支持高校就业指导的工作实践,培养大学生的职业认同感、职业责任感,强化职业生涯观。
Vocational Self- concept,first proposed l)y overseas career guidance researches,has undergone constant development since then. However,there are still some shortcomings and deficiencies, and it is of practical significance to redefine the concept of career self- concept. Three aspects of the new concept of self occupation include anchor and person job matching, practitioners' occupation social roles and functions of the view, practitioners' understanding of the value of life and the value of the corresponding occupation, which relates to psychology,sociology and philosophy thinking,and clarifies the concept of logical structure. The new concept plays a very important guiding role in college students' employment concept education. The practice can better support the employment guidance in colleges and universities, and cultivate students' sense of occupation identity and occupation responsibility,and strengthen the occupation career outlook as well.
