摘要
当前中考体育项目的内容设置有成绩便于量化、技术门槛低的优点,但也存在着学生体质增强效果持续性差,不利于运动技能的形成,不能充分反映学生的努力程度,考试内容与课程目标不匹配等问题。基于此,中考体育项目内容设置的改革可以借鉴NBA技巧挑战赛项目的设置思路,通过运动技术+运动技能相结合的方式进行考试。新的设计将使学生需要更投入地练习,有利于学生运动技能的形成,更有利于学科规律的体现和有利于学生体质的增强。
Applying documentary method and questionnaire method, the paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of physical examination. It is found that the PE test is helpful for quantification and of low technical threshold. But physical fitness enhancement effect is poor and the test is not conducive to the formation of sports skills and cannot reflect the efforts of students. Besides,the test does not match the teaching content and curriculum objects. This paper proposes that by taking the NBA skills challenge as an example, the test can combine sport technique,sport basic theory and application of motor skills. The new items will require more practice on students, promote the formation of sports skills and enhance students' physical fitness.
