血培养联合降钙素原与超敏C反应蛋白在新生儿败血症早期诊断中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究血培养联合降钙素原与超敏C反应蛋白在新生儿败血症早期诊断中的应用。方法方便选取该院在2014年2月—2015年2月所收治的40例新生儿败血症患者作为研究组,同时选择40例未患新生儿败血症患者作为对照组,对两组患者应用血培养联合降钙素原与超敏C反应蛋白作为早期病理诊断方法,并对诊断结果展开分析与对比。结果经临床治疗结果得出,对照组患者血清检测结果中的降钙素原≥0.5 mg/m L的患者有8例,超敏C反应蛋白>1.0 mg/L患者10例;研究组血培养阳性37例,阴性3例,血清降钙素检测结果为阳性37例,阴性3例,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);超敏C反应蛋白和血培养的检测结果上,其阴性检测结果和阳性检测结果均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经检测,针对新生儿败血症患者应用血培养联合降钙素原与超敏C反应蛋白作为早期诊断方案能及时发现患儿病源症状,并对患儿病情进展做到全面了解,使其为患儿临床治疗提供有力依据。 Objective Reserch the application of neonatal septicemia early diagnosis which treated by blood culture combine with procalcitonin and sensitivity C-reactive protein. Methods Convenient selection a total of 40 cases of neonatal sepsis patients in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 as the study group, while 40 cases without neonatal sepsis patients as the control group, the two group of patients with blood culture combined with procalcitonin and high sensitivity C reactive protein as a method of fault diagnosis and early pathology, analysis and comparison of diagnosis results.Results According to the Clinical results,There are 8 cases of patient who Procalcitonin ≥0.5mg/m L in Comparison Group Serum test results.The patient who Sensitivity C-reactive protein1.0mg/L have 10 cases.In Study Group,Positive blood culture 37 cases,Negative 3cases,Serum calcitonin test results was Positive 37 cases,Negative 3cases,No significant difference,No statistically significant(P0.05);In the result of Sensitivity C-reactive protein and Blood culture,All have significant differences,Statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion After testing,To the neonatal septicemia patients,use blood culture combine with procalcitonin and sensitivity C-reactive protein can discover Pathogenic symptoms in children,then,Achieve a comprehensive understanding of disease progression in Children patients,It provides a strong basis for the clinical treatment of patients.
