体位调整结合三维正骨推拿法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of 3D Bonesetting Massage Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation Combined with Postural Adjustment

目的分析体位调整结合三维正骨推拿法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法整群选取2015年5月—2016年5月于该院接受诊疗的104例腰椎间盘突出症患者临床资料,依据护理方式的不同,分为研究组(52例)与对照组(52例),对照组行三维正骨推拿医治,研究组行三维正骨推拿结合体位调整医治,比对两组医治前后JOA评分与VAS评分、腰曲值与ODI评分以及疗效满意度。结果医治后研究组JOA评分(26.84±2.29)分高于对照组,VAS评分(0.90±0.58)分低于对照组,腰曲值与ODI评分(17.05±2.77)mm、(5.32±1.34)分优于对照组,疗效总满意度92.30%高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者行三维正骨推拿结合体位调整医治可减轻疼痛,并改善腰椎功能障碍,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of posture adjustment with the 3D bonesetting massage method in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods Group selection the clinical data of 104 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected, according to the nursing mode of different, the patients were divided into into the research group（52 cases） and control group（52 cases）, control group underwent 3D bonesetting massage therapy, study group line three-dimensional bone massage combined with postural adjustment of medical treatment, compared two groups of treatment before and after the JOA score and VAS score, lumbar curvature value and ODI scores and curative effect satisfaction. Results After treatment, the JOA scores of the study group after treatment（26.84 ±2.29）points higher than the control group, VAS score（0.90±0.58）points lower than that of control group, lumbar curvature and ODI score（17.05 ±2.77）mm,（5.32 ±1.34）points better than the control group, the total curative effect satisfaction 92.30% higher than75.00% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Lumbar disc herniation underwent 3D bonesetting massage combined with postural adjustments treatment can relieve pain, and improve lumbar dysfunction, it is worth promoting.
