微生物检验在临床应用中的价值

目的探讨在临床工作中进行微生物检验的价值。方法方便选取2015年12月—2016年7月南京医科大学附属江宁医院收治的肺部感染患者120例,将其随机分成两组,其中60例患者为观察组,采用微生物检验法做检测,在详细分析检测结果后进行针对性的治疗,另60例为对照组,直接根据临床经验进行常规治疗诊治,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过治疗,60例患者的病情均有所缓解,其中观察组30例患者的治疗有效率显著优于对照组30例患者(98.33%vs 88.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床在进行疾病治疗时,开展微生物检验致病菌工作的效果显著,可有效降低感染率,提高治疗效果,可在临床上进行推广应用。

Objective To explore the value of microbiological test in clinical work. Methods Convenient selection 120 patients from Jiangning Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from December 2015 to July 2016 the lung infection,were randomly divided into two groups,including 60 patients in the observation group, detected by the test microorganisms,in the detailed analysis of the results of targeted therapy, the other 60 cases as control group,direct routine treatment according to the clinical experience and observation of the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results After treatment, 60 cases of patients with remission, the observation group of 30 cases of the treatment effective rate was significantly better than the control group of 30 patients（98.33% vs 88.33%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of disease, to-carry out the work of microbial inspection of pathogenic bacteria has a significant effect,can effectively reduce the infection rate, improve the treatment effect, can be used in clinical application.
