贝那普利配合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭的临床效果分析

Analysis on Clinical Effect of Benner Pury and Metoprolol Tartrate in Treatment of Elderly Essential Hypertension Complicated with Heart Failure

目的分析贝那普利配合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭的临床效果。方法方便选取2012年1月—2015年1月该院收治的老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭患者82例,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组41例。给予对照组贝那普利治疗,给予研究组贝那普利配合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗,观察两组临床效果、血压变化。结果研究组总有效率92.68%明显高于对照组75.61%(P<0.05);治疗前两组舒张压、收缩压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组舒张压、收缩压较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用贝那普利配合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗老年原发性高血压合并心力衰竭临床效果显著,可有效降低患者舒张压、收缩压水平,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of benner pury and metoprolol tartrate in treatment of elderly essential hypertension complicated with heart failure. Methods Convenient selection 82 cases of patients with elderly essential hypertension complicated with heart failure treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected, and were divided into control group and study group randomly, forty-one cases in each group. The control group were given benner pury therapy, and the study group were givenbenner pury and metoprolol tartrate therapy. Clinical effect, blood pressure changes. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92.68%, significantly higher than that of 75.61% of the control group（P 0.05）. Before treatment, there were no significant differences in diastolic and systolic blood pressures between the two groups（P 0.05）. After treatment, diastolic and systolic blood pressures were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）, which of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Benner Pury and metoprolol tartrate in treatment of elderly primary hypertension complicated with heart failure is significant, and can reduce levels of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure significantly. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
