宫颈癌并糖尿病患者同步放疗化疗的护理

Nursing Care of Concurrent Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy for Patients with Cervical Cancer and Diabetes

目的为了深入研究同步放疗化疗宫颈癌合并糖尿病患者的护理方法与护理效果,以便减少不良症状的发生,从而提高患者的生存质量。方法方便选取2014年9月—2015年9月在该院接受同步放疗与化疗治疗的宫颈癌伴糖尿病患者120例,将其随机分成两组,实验组与对照组,每组60例,为对照组中的患者采取常规护理,为实验组中的患者实施心理护理、健康教育、控制血糖、皮肤护理、不良反应护理等护理策略,统计学对比分析两组患者的血糖控制良好率。两组患者均采用腔内照射与体外照射相结合的化疗方法,选用顺铂加紫杉醇的化疗方法,对糖尿病患者使用胰岛素与口服降糖药物进行治疗。结果实验组中患者的血糖控制良好率为93.3%,对照组中患者的血糖控制良好率为66.7%,实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在同步放疗化疗宫颈癌并糖尿病患者时,科学并有效的护理策略能有效提高护理效果,控制患者血糖变化,让患者更好地接受治疗,从而减少不良反应的发生,应推广使用范围。

Objective To study the nursing methods and nursing effect of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy for cervical cancer patients with diabetes, so as to reduce the incidence of adverse symptoms, so as to improve the quality of life of patients. Methods Convenient selection a total of September 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital received concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer with 120 people with diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group, 60 in each group. Patients in the control group take routine nursing, psychological nursing, health education, control of blood glucose, skin care and nursing care of adverse reactions,such as nursing strategies for patients in the experimental group, the statistical comparative analysis of blood glucose of two groups of patients with well controlled rate. The two groups of patients were treated with the combination of intra cavity radiation and external irradiation, the use of cisplatin plus paclitaxel chemotherapy, the use of insulin and oral hypoglycemic drugs in patients with diabetes. Results In the experimental group patients with good glycemic control rate was 93.3%, the patients in the control group, the blood glucose control good rate was 66.7%, in the experimental group was higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）, with statistical difference. Conclusion In radiotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer and diabetes, scientific and effective nursing strategies can effectively improve the effect of nursing, control blood glucose level in patients with that allows patients to better to accept the treatment, so as to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,should promote the use of range.
