自制康复护理延伸单的使用对护士工作和患者的影响

Effect of Self-made Rehabilitation Nursing Extension List on Nurses' Work

目的研究自制康复护理延伸单的使用对护士工作和患者的影响。方法从该院2014年1月—2016年8月期间收治的患者中方便选取60例脑卒中患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予传统康复护理治疗方法,观察组除了给予传统康复护理治疗方法,还要根据自制康复延伸护理记录单对患者实施病房康复延伸治疗,患者康复治疗前、后3个月进行改良barthel指数评定,比较两组患者的生活自理能力,同时两组患者在治疗后以护理满意度调查问卷进行调查,两组护士在治疗后以护士对护理工作满意度调查问卷进行调查,比较两组得分情况。结果康复治疗后,观察组barthel指数评分[(67.5±14.3)分]显著高于对照组[(39.7±10.3)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度(83.3%)高于对照组(56.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士对护理工作满意度(80.0%)高于对照组(43.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制康复延伸护理记录单的使用能明显提升脑卒中患者生活自理能力,提高护理工作效率,减轻护士工作负担,有利于医院护理工作的开展。

Objective To study the effect of self-made use of a single extended rehabilitation nursing work of nurses and patients. Methods Convenient selection from January 2014 to August 2016, 60 patients with stroke were selected and divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given the traditional Rehabilitation nursing treatment method,Observation group in addition to the traditional Rehabilitation nursing treatment method, but also according to the self-made rehabilitation extension of nursing records for patients to implement the extension of rehabilitation therapy,Before and after 3 months of rehabilitation treatment, the modified Barthel index was used to compare the self-care ability of the patients in the two groups,At the same time, two groups of patients before and after treatment were surveyed by questionnaire survey of nursing satisfaction, two groups of nurses in patients after treatment with nurses to nursing job satisfaction survey questionnaire survey, comparison of the two groups score. Results After rehabilitation treatment, the Barthel index score of the observation group [（67.5 ± 14.3）points] was significantly higher than that of the control group [（39.7±10.3）points], the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group patients nursing satisfaction（83.3%） was higher than the control group（56.7%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group（80.0%）, the nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group（43.3%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The using of a Self made rehabilitation extension of nursing records can improve stroke patients with self-care ability, improve the efficiency of nursing work, reduce the workload of nurses, this is conducive to the development of hospital.
