探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果

To Explore the Elinical Effect of Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

目的分析与研究中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法整群选择该院在2014年7月—2016年3月间收治的116例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究主体。分成A组(63例)和B组(53例)。A组采用中药联合硝酸酯类药物治疗,B组采用硝酸酯类药物治疗。对比两组的心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效与硝酸甘油减停率。结果 A组的心绞痛治疗总有效率为96.83%、心电图总有效率为85.71%、硝酸甘油减停率为92.06%,均高于B组的77.36%、52.83%、71.70%,对比3项数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效显著,可推广。

Objective To analyze and research the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods We group selected in July 2014 to March 2016 of 116 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris admitted as the research subject. Divided into group A（63 cases） and group B（53）. Using traditional Chinese medicine group A joint as those of nitrate medications, group B with those of nitrate medications. Comparison of two groups of angina pectoris curative effect, electrocardiogram curative effect and nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate. Results The total effective rate of angina pectoris treatment group A（96.83%）, electrocardiogram（ecg）, the total effective rate was 85.71%, nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate was 92.06%, 77.36%, 52.83% and 71.70%were higher than group B, comparing three data, clear difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris clinical curative effect is distinct, can be promoted.
