横窦—乙状窦憩室引起搏动性耳鸣的CT表现分析

Analysis of CT Findings of Pulsatile Tinnitus Caused by Transverse Sinus and Sigmoid Sinus Diverticulum

目的对横窦—乙状窦憩室引起搏动性耳鸣的CT表现予以分析。方法随机抽取2014年12月—2016年6月期间在该院检查的搏动性耳鸣患者50例,均为横窦-乙状窦憩室引起,对患者行CT诊断,观察患者CT表现。结果患者静脉窦管腔局限性扩张,局部突起,其形为囊袋样、指状和棘样。耳鸣侧、横窦-乙状窦憩室发生在静脉窦优势侧,左侧发生率32%,右侧发生率68%。结论掌握横窦-乙状窦憩室引起搏动性耳鸣的CT表现,提高临床确诊率,明确搏动性耳鸣发生原因,进而为临床疾病诊断与治疗奠定了坚实的基础。

Objective To transverse sinus and sigmoid sinus diverticulum CT findings of pulsatile tinnitus caused by the comprehensive analysis. Methods Randomly in December 2014- June 2016 in our hospital during the period of examination of 50 patients with pulsatile tinnitus, are transverse sinus, sigmoid sinus diverticulum caused, for patients with CT, CT manifestations were observed. Results the patients with sinus lumen limitations expansion, local processes, its shape is pouch sample, finger and spines. Tinnitus side, transverse sinus, sigmoid sinus diverticulum in venous sinus dominant side,on the left side of the incidence of 32%, on the right side of the incidence of 68%. Conclusion Grasp the transverse sigmoid sinus diverticulum CT findings of pulsatile tinnitus caused by, improve the rate of clinical diagnosis, clear pulsatile the causes of tinnitus, and laid a solid foundation for further clinical diagnosis and treatment of disease.
