摘要
目的采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术,比较福赛斯坦纳菌(T.f)、牙龈卟啉单胞菌(P.g)在慢性牙周炎(CP)和冠心病伴慢性牙周炎(CHD+CP)患者龈下菌斑中的分布,探讨其检出率与CP和CHD的关系。方法整群选择2014年1—12月该院收治的132例患者为研究对象,CP 62例,CHD+CP 70例,收集位点龈下菌斑,提取DNA,用PCR法检测T.f、P.g分布。结果两组中,T.f检出率分别是66.67%、71.43%、92.5%和85.71%、70.37%、80.95%;T.f在CP中分布差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.982,P=0.003﹤0.05)。P.g在两组中,在轻、中、重度CP检出率分别是22.23%、52.38%、35.00%和21.43%、55.56%、42.86%。在(CP+CHD组)中,T.f与P.g有相关性(r=-0.306,P=0.012﹤0.05)。结论 Tf可能与冠心病发病有相关性。
Objective To compare the distribution of T.f and P.g in the subgingival plaque of patients with chronic periodontitis and coronary heart disease with chronic periodontitis by PCR technology, and discuss the correlation between the test rate and CP and CHD. Methods 132 cases of patients admitted from January 2014 to December 2014 were group selected as the research objects, including 62 cases with CP and 70 cases with CHD+CP, and the DNA was extracted, and the distribution of T.f and P.g was tested by the PCR method. Results The test rate of T.f was respectively 66.67%,71.43%,92.5% and 85.71%,70.37%,80.95%, and the difference in the distribution of T.f had statistical significance(Z=-2.982, P=0.003 0.05), and the test rate of mild, moderate and severe degrees of CP was respectively 22.23%,52.38%,35.00% 和21.43%,55.56%,42.86%, and in the CP+CHD group, the T.f is correlated with P.g(r=-0.306,P=0.0120.05). Conclusion Tf may be correlated with the incidence of coronary heart diseases.
