摘要
目的二氧化锆全瓷冠修复技术运用于口腔前牙修复取得临床美学效果。方法便利选取该院于2010年1月—2015年12月期间收治的48例行前牙美学修复患者,将其纳入此研究中,进行二氧化锆全瓷冠修复。修复后进行疗效评估,随访观察1~3年。结果修复后45例患者对修复效果满意,牙列恢复美观,形态与颜面协调,患者满意度经计算后为100%。结论进行前牙美学修复时通过适应症的选择,精心美学修复前的准备,标准化的基牙预备,全瓷材料的选择,均为关键因素。
Objective To analyze the clinical esthetic effect of zirconia all-ceramic crown in the restoration of anterior teeth. Methods 48 cases of patients with esthetic restoration of anterior teeth admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2015 were convenient selected and given the zirconia all-ceramic crown, and the curative effect was evaluated after restoration, and the follow-up observation was between 1 year and 3 years. Results After restoration, 45 cases of patients were satisfied with the restoration effect, and the denture restoration was beautiful, and the shape was in harmony with the face, and the satisfactory degree of patients reached 100% after calculation. Conclusion The key factors of esthetic restoration of anterior teeth are the selection of indications, preparations before the elaborate esthetic restoration,standardized abutment preparation and selection of all-ceramic materials.
