无糖与含糖透析液对糖尿病肾病患者血糖的影响研究

Research on Effect of Glycoprival and Glucose Containing Dialysate on the Blood Sugar of Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨无糖和含糖透析液对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者低血糖的发生影响。方法整群选取2015年6月—2016年6月于该院就诊的糖尿病肾病患者162例,随机平分为无糖透析液组和含糖透析液组,测定两组患者的生化指标进行对比分析。结果血液透析前两组患者的一般临床资料和各项生化指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血液透析后0~1 h,1~2 h,2~4 h,无糖透析液组低血糖发生率分别为7.41%,9.88%,13.58%,含糖透析液组低血糖发生率分别为1.23%,2.47%,3.70%,无糖透析液组患者各时间段低血糖发生率明显高于含糖透析液组(P<0.05),且随着透析时间的延长,无糖透析液组患者更易发生低血糖(P<0.05)。结论含糖透析液可以明显降低糖尿病肾病患者血液透析过程中低血糖的发生率的同时不影响透析效果。

Objective To study the effect of glycoprival and glucose containing dialysate on the blood sugar of patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods Group selection 162 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy diagnosed in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 81 cases in each, the biochemical indicator was measured and comparatively analyzed. Results Before the hemodialysis, the differences in the general clinical data and various biochemical indicators between the two groups had no statistical significance（P0.05）, at 0~1 h,1~2 h,2~4 h after the hemodialysis, the incidence rate of low blood sugar in the glycoprival and glucose containing dialysate groups were respectively 7.41%,9.88%,13.58% and 1.23%,2.47%,3.70%, and the differences had statistical significance（P0.05）,with the extension of the hemodialysis time, the low blood sugar was more likely to occur in the glycoprival dialysate group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Glucose containing dialysate can obviously reduce the incidence rate of low blood sugar in patients with diabetic nephropathy in the hemodialysis course and do not influence the dialysis effect.
