文化帝国主义语境下的意识形态领导权建设

On Ideological Hegemony Construction in the Context of Cultural Imperialism

全球化背景下,中国意识形态领导权建设面临着以美国为首的西方文化帝国主义入侵的威胁。利用信息传播媒体、好莱坞电影、消费主义进行价值观传播,是美国意识形态渗透的三大利器。在此语境下,我国要加强软实力建设,以民族文化自觉、自信和创新消解文化帝国主义影响;加强社会主义意识形态认同教育和社会主义核心价值体系大众化建设,使主导意识形态真正变成主流意识形态;发挥"有机知识分子"作用,打好捍卫意识形态领导权的"阵地战",在此基础上赢得这场"没有硝烟的战争"的胜利。

Under the background of globalization,the construction of China＇s ideological hegemony is facing with the threat of invasion of Western cultural imperialism led by the United States. The US government is practicing political,cultural and ideological infiltration and touting its values by means of information dissemination through their advanced network,Hollywood movies and consumerism as the hidden weapons of the political and cultural expansion and the effective means to spread mass culture,which serves as the backbone of the implementation of the strategy of America cultural imperialism. In this language context,our nation should strengthen the construction of soft power and counteract the effect of the cultural imperialism by building up the national cultural self-consciousness,confidence and innovation,and strengthen the socialist ideology identification education and popularize the socialist core value system,so as to make the dominant ideology become the real mainstream ideology. Giving the ＂organic intellectual＂a full play and defending the ideological hegemony by means of the so called ＂positional warfare＂will make us win the war between the socialist leading ideology and the cultural imperialism.
