A Review of Resource Constraints Classification on China's New Urbanization Development

依托城镇化可持续的健康发展理念和以人为本的新型目标,系统地总结国内学者的研究进展,合理区分城镇化资源约束类别,分析生态资源、公共服务资源、基础设施资源与新型城镇化的约束关系,对我国新型城镇化发展资源约束问题的现状进行总结与归纳,提出未来的展望和前进方向,以期使新型城镇化发展更加重视因地制宜、因域施策,赋予区域更大的改革发展权限,提升城镇化发展的能力。

Based on the development concept of sustainable health in urbanization and the new peopie - oriented goal, this paper systematically summarizes the research progress of domestic scholars and makes a reasonable distinction between the types of urbanization resource constraints. This pa- per also analyzes the constraints of ecological resources,public service resources,infrastructure re- sources and new urbanization. The author summarizes the status of the constrained urbanization resources in China, and puts forward the prospect and direction of future urbanization development. The new urbanization development should pay more attentions to the local conditions, give greater reform authority for district and improve the capacity of urbanization development.
