摘要
分析了高校辅导员工作课程化的内涵,总结了高校辅导员工作课程化存在的问题;论述了高校辅导员工作课程化的着力点,并针对课程的主体、客体、内容、方法和评价体系进行了全面深入的分析;总结了增进高校辅导员工作课程化实效的路径,为推进高校辅导员队伍建设提供有效的理论指导。
This paper analyzes the connotation of the curriculumization towards student counselors in colleges and universities, sums up its problems, discusses the focus of the curriculumization and conducts a comprehensive and thorough analysis on its subject, object, content, method and evalua- tion system. This paper summarizes the path to promote the curriculumization of the work of student counselors in colleges and universities, and provides an effectively theoretical guidance for promoting the construction of college counselors team.
