摘要 针对能源系统规划中未充分考虑多个分布式能源系统互联及电/热/冷能流协调运行的现状,研究基于能源路由器的用户侧能源互联网规划方法。梳理了用户侧能源互联网的系统结构,建立各类能量单元的数学模型。以电/热/冷综合加权负荷矩最小为准则,采用Voronoi图、交替定位分配算法及"类内类间距离比最小"判据,提出了能源局域网划分和能源路由器选址方法。基于典型日各区域的时序负荷,以由投资、运行维护、燃料、买卖电和碳税5项成本构成的年费用最低为目标,考虑多能流协同互补和多路由器协调互济,建立0-1混合整数线性规划模型。采用商业软件Cplex求解,实现路由器配置和局域网间网络的同时规划;基于最小生成树实现局域网内供能路径优化,结合简易潮流计算结果和相关导则确定线路容量。算例仿真结果表明:所提出的分区、规划方法具备可行性和有效性;多能互补、多路由器互联能显著降低年费用并缓解多种负荷峰谷时段不匹配等问题;路由器与能源网络同时规划较分阶段规划更经济。 Owing to the situation that the interconnection among multiple distributed energy systems and interaction among electric, heating and cooling system are not given full consideration, the planning of Energy Internet at user side based on the energy router is studied. The schematic structure along with mathematical models of each unit is proposed first. Then, the location of energy router in each energy local area network (LAN) and scope of each LAN are determined by the intra/ interclass distance ratio being minimum and Voronoi coupled with the alternative location and allocation (ALA) where minimum comprehensive load moment is presented. In addition, based on the chronological load of typical days and with the lowest annual cost of facilities, operating, fuel, power trading and carbon tax as the objective, a mixed-integer linear programming model is built to get synchronized configuration of the energy router and optimization of network among energy LANs. And multi-energy interaction and multi-energy router coordination are considered in the above model solved by commercial software Cplex. Finally, network optimization in each energy LAN is achieved based on the results of simple power flow calculation and relevant guide rules of planning. The simulation results show that the proposed partition and planning method applied to the Energy Internet is feasible and valid, multi-energy complementary and multi energy router coordination more economical compared with traditional energy supply and can alleviate peak-valley time mismatch of different loads, while integrated planning of energy router and network is more economical than by stages.
