Education Governance:Experience and Implication of OECD Member States

为应对当今教育治理不断增加的挑战,实现有效教育治理,经济合作与发展组织的成员国在中央、地方和学校等多个层面对教育系统进行了改革与调整,包括教育分权、加强治理参与主体的能力建设、重视教育系统的数据使用,以及发挥信任建设在教育治理中的重要作用等。经济合作与发展组织成员国的教育治理经验对当前我国推进教育管办评分离、促进政府职能转变、实现教育治理现代化具有一定的借鉴和启示。

In order to deal with the increasing challenges of education governance, and realize the effective governance of education, OECD member countries make some reforms and adjustments among central, local and school in the education system. The measures include the decentralization of education, governance capacity building, use of education system data, and trust building in the governance of education. Those experiences are helpful to promote the education management reform and the transformation of government functions of China, and achieve the modernization of education governance.
