蜂胶含有多种畜禽生长发育所必需的矿物质元素、维生素以及多种生物活性物质,既可作营养性添加剂,又可以作为抗菌素的替代品。近年来,蜂胶作为一种绿色、环保的新型饲料添加剂,在畜禽水产养殖生产中的研究应用越来越多。就蜂胶在猪、牛、羊、兔、家禽、鱼等畜禽水产养殖方面的应用研究进展进行综述,以充分挖掘蜂胶提高动物生产性能、改善肉品质、提高机体免疫力等优点,为蜂胶在畜禽水产养殖中更广泛的应用提供参考。

Propolis contains a variety of mineral element vitamins and bioactive substances that are absolutely necessary substance for growth and development of livestock and poultry. It is regarded as nutritional additives as well as a possible alternative to antibiotics in animal feed. For the past few years, serve as an environmental friendly new feed additive, the research about application of propolis in the production of livestock and aquaculture is increasing. This article reviewed the research progress on application of propolis in livestock and aquaculture, including pigs, cattle, sheep, lambs, poultry （chicken laying hens, quails） and fish, in order to excavate the advantages of propolis entirely, including improving the growth performance and productivity of livestocchanging the meat quality, enhancing the body immunity, and provide the reference for more widely use of propolis in animal husbandry and aquaculture.
