为了弄清滇南西方蜜蜂定地饲养"单脾开繁"和"双脾开繁"的效果,越过冬后对"单脾"和"双脾"蜂群饲喂"花粉+50%糖浆+酵母片"的花粉饲料和糖浆,适时加脾繁殖,在接近石榴花期前进行蜂群增殖效果比较。结果表明:单脾繁蜂总脾数、成蜂数、卵虫数在繁蜂前后差异显著,蛹差异不显著。"双脾开繁"总脾数、成蜂数、卵虫数、蛹在繁蜂前后差异显著。2种繁殖方式比较蛹差异显著,总脾数、成蜂数、卵虫达到差异水平。说明:单脾繁殖时蜂群增殖指数高于双脾繁殖,所以,在一般情况下选择单脾开繁能够使蜂群群势快速增长。这可为蜂产业可持续发展提供理论依据。
