摘要
土压平衡盾构机在水下穿越砂层与岩层分界面施工时面临较大的技术风险。文章介绍了一个成功的工程案例,通过在施工前进行全面的风险评估,分析技术难点,选择相对合理的施工方法,并实施提前进行主轴密封维保、合理选择刀具、设定合理的土仓压力、使用合适的添加剂等技术措施,最终成功穿越了河道。本案例的分析思路和施工经验,可为盾构施工同类地层提供借鉴。
It is of large risk to dig tunnel passing through heterogeneous ground conditions of sand and pebbly sandstone below water level by earth pressure balance shield machine. In this case, comprehensive risk and technical difficulties analysis have been done before construction to assist the choice of reasonable construction method. The maintenance of spindle sealing is made, and proper cutlery, setting of pressure of the soil chamber and additive are employed to yield the construction of the tunnel crossing river course. The purpose of this paper is to share the analysis and specific operating parameters to provide a reference for the similar projects of shield construction.
