水中独柱墩钢护筒围堰法施工技术

摘要 水中桥梁下部结构的施工通常采用钢平台+钢板桩、钢套箱或钢吊箱围堰的形式,但是这种施工方法具有造价高、施工工期长的缺点,水中独柱墩的应用使水中桥梁下部结构的施工技术的优化成为可能。本文以某工程景观桥水中墩的施工为依托,总结了水中独柱墩的钢护筒围堰法施工技术,该技术在传统施工方法的基础上,采取技术优化措施,不仅满足了工期要求,节约了工程投资,而且降低了施工难度,提高了施工安全性,可为同类工程提供参考。 The substructure of bridges in water is usually constructed using the combination of steel platform and steel sheet pile, steel jacket box or steel boxed cofferdam, which is of high cost and long construction period. However, the application of single column pier in water makes it possible to optimize the construction technology of substructure of bridges. In this paper, based on the construction of the pier in water of a landscape bridge pier, the method of steel cylinders cofferdam is summarized, where the construction method is modified to meet the require- ments of construction period as well as save the investment, decrease the construction difficulties and increases the safety indemnification, which provides reference for similar projects.
