民族地区文化软实力现状考量与发展策略——以甘青宁地区为例

The Status Quo of Cultural Soft Power and Development Strategy in Minority Areas——An Example of the Gansu Qinghai Ningxia regions

文化软实力是影响地方经济社会发展的重要力量。民族地区作为经济上的"迟发展"地区和文化上的资源富集地区,应当使文化成为资源,文化软实力成为能够推动地方发展的有效动力。本文构建了文化软实力的冰山模型。民族地区文化软实力的发展既要考虑显性文化软实力,更要关注隐性文化软实力。显性文化软实力包括经济力、人才力、支持力,隐性文化软实力包括形象力、凝聚力和辐射力。

Cultural soft power is an important force in the local economic and social development. As 'late' on the economic and cultural resources enrichment area,Ethnic minority areas should make cultural resources and cultural soft power becoming the impetus of the development of local power effectively. This paper constructs the iceberg model of culture soft strength. Culture soft strength development in national regions should not only consider the dominant cultural soft power, more attention to the recessive cultural soft power. Dominant cultural soft power includes economic power, talent force and support power. Implicit cultural soft power includes image force, the cohesive force and radial force.
