摘要
针对传统HPS中存在的能量消耗问题,设计了基于负载敏感技术的HPS。首先,介绍了负载敏感技术的控制原理;其次,建立了基于负载敏感技术的HPS仿真模型;最后,根据在仿真软件AMESim中进行了瞬态横摆响应、双移线仿真试验。通过仿真结果中横摆角速度、侧向加速度、侧倾角的分析得出所设计的带有负载敏感技术的HPS不仅具有较好的负载敏感特性,而且能够满足整车操纵稳定性的要求。
There are serious loss of pressure and flow in the hydraulic pump of traditional HPS. There for, the HPS based on load-sensitive technology was designed. Firstly, the control principle of load-sensitive technology was introduced. Secondly, the simulation model of HPS based on load-sensitive technology was established in AMESim. Finally, two kinds of simulation test including transient yaw response test and double lane test were finished according to national standards. From the aspects of yaw angular velocity, lateral acceleration and roll angle, the simulation results showed that the HPS based on load-sensing technology not only have a better load-sensitive characteristics, but also meet the requirements of vehicle handling and stability.
