我国城市防洪现状研究

Research Review on the City Flood Control of China

我国是洪涝多发地区,很多城市都饱受洪涝灾害之苦。本文从城市的防洪标准、防洪区域、防洪质量以及防洪排水等角度分析了我国城市防洪过程中存在的问题。利用防洪工程措施和防洪非工程措施两种方法解决我国防洪现存的问题,并且在此基础上分析了防洪措施对环境的影响,并提出一些环境保护措施,为我国城市防洪规划提供参考。

As a flood-prone area, many cities of China are suffering from flood disasters. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of urban flood control in China from the aspects of the city＇s flood control standards, the scope of flood control, the quality of flood control and the drainage of flood control. The engineering and non-engineering measurements of flood control method are used to solve flood problems which are existing in our country for a long time. And on this basis, the impact of flood control measures on the environment is analyzed, and some environmental protection measures are made to provide a reference for China＇s urban flood control planning.
