摘要
基于组织驱动视角,分析地铁工程施工组织结构性内涵及特性,阐述地铁工程成本责任流的传导形式,构建责任流运行的基本框架;从成本领先战略引导、成本责任流过程管控、成本责任流考核管理等方面挖掘组织驱动成本责任流的实施路径,对地铁工程项目成本管理具有一定的理论和实际意义。
Based on organization driven perspective, the paper analyzes the structural content and characteristics of subway engineering construction organization, expounds the conducting form and builds operational framework of cost responsibility flow in subway project. Then, excavates implemented path about organizations driven cost responsibility flow from the cost leadership strategy guide, cost responsibility flow process management and control, cost responsibility flow management and other aspects, so as to provide the important theoretical and practical significance for the subway engineering project cost management.
