莱菔叶药材的生药学鉴别研究

Pharmacognostic Identification of Raphani folium

目的对莱菔叶药材进行生药学鉴别研究。方法从原植物形态、药材性状特征、显微特征及薄层色谱特征等方面对莱菔叶进行定性鉴别。结果莱菔叶的性状特征、显微特征及薄层色谱斑点均清晰明显。结论通过实验研究完善了莱菔叶药材的生药学鉴别方法,所建立的薄层色谱鉴别方法简单易行、准确可靠,可作为莱菔叶药材的鉴别和质量评价的参考依据。

Objective To identify the pharmacognostic characteristics of Raphani folium. Methods Pharmacognostic identification of Raphani folium was carried out by plant morphology,descriptions,microscopic characteristics and TLC. Results The microscopic characteristics and TLC spots were clear and evident. Conclusion The study can provide reference for identification and quality evaluation method of Raphani folium.
