摘要
近年来,糖尿病的发病率正呈现出低龄化的趋势。中国临床上常用的治疗糖尿病的药物有磺脲类、双胍类、胰岛素增敏剂、α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂和格列奈类胰岛素促分泌剂等。格列美脲是治疗2型糖尿病的一种有效的磺酰脲类药物,市售常见为格列美脲片,其水中难溶而导致其制剂多样性开发受限,固体分散体、包合物、微乳、纳米混悬剂及其他技术的应用可在一定程度上改善药物溶解度,希望为其新剂型开发提供帮助。
In recent years,the incidence rate of diabetes is showing a trend of younger age.In China,it is commonly used in the control of diabetes with sulfonylureas,biguanides,insulin sensi-tizers,α-glucosidase inhibitors,glibenclamide insulin secretagogues and so on.Glimepiride is an effective sulfonylurea for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,which tablets is available commercially.The water insolubility of glimepiride limits its application about dosage form diversity.The application of solid dispersion,inclusion complex,microemulsion,nanocrystal suspension and other techniques can improve the solubility of the glimepiride to some extent,it will also provide the researchers with useful help to develop its new formulations.
