男性乳腺癌的相关研究进展

乳腺癌早已不是女人的"专利"疾病,男性亦会患此病。在过去的几十年中,男性乳腺癌的发病率不断在上升,只是由于它的发病率远远小于女性乳腺癌的发病率,所以不论是患者及家属还是临床医生都对男性乳腺癌患者缺乏重视与警惕性,造成诊断延误,影响预后。为了使人们能够更加清晰透彻地了解此病,从而增加男性乳腺癌的检查阳性率,降低本病的病死率,做到早发现、早治疗。从男性乳腺癌的流行病学、发病原因、病理类型、临床表现、诊断、治疗、预后情况等方面综述相关研究进展。

Breast cancer is not the ＂patent＂ disease of women,men also tend to suffer from the disease.In the past few decades,the incidence of male breast is constantly on the rise,only because its incidence is far less than the incidence of breast cancer in women,so both the patients and family members as well as clinical doctors are lack of attention and vigilancein patients with male breast cancer due to delayed diagnosis and influence the prognosis.In order to enable people to know more clearly and thoroughly of the disease,increase the check positive rate of male breast cancer reduce the mortality of the disease,achieve the early discovery and treatment,something about the male breast cancer epidemiology,etiology,pathological types,clinical manifestation,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis were reviewed.
