土人参对小鼠负重游泳时间和耐缺氧时间的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察土人参水煎液对小鼠负重游泳时间和耐缺氧时间的影响。方法:小鼠60只,分生理盐水、土人参水煎液、人参水煎液三组,灌胃给药,剂量10g/kg体重,连续给药三天,末次给药后30min,测各组小鼠游泳时间和耐缺氧时间。结果:三组小鼠负重游泳时间分别是:土人参组201.2±11.0s、人参组186.1±9.1s、生理盐水组123.5±10.2s;三组小鼠的耐缺氧时间分别为:土人参组57.66±10.2min、人参组58.13±10.8min、生理盐水组45.73±11.0min;与生理盐水组比较,土人参组与人参组均能显著延长小鼠游泳及耐缺氧时间。结论:土人参能增强机体应激能力,与补中益气的功效相符合。 Objective: Experimental observation of the effects of Talinum Paniclatum on the ability of mouse anti - anoxia and antifatigue. Methods: All of the mice were divided into three groupsat random: the Talinum Panicla- tum group, the ginseng group, and the saline group. Gavage for 3days, the mice in each group was observedatmo- spheric anti - anoxia survival timeandloaded swimming time. Results: Compared with thesalinegroup, theatmo- spheric anti -anoxia survival time and the loaded swimming timecan be significantly increased inthe Talinum Pani- clatum group and the ginseng group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusions: the extractive of Talinum Paniclatumcanimprove the ability of mouse anti - anoxia and anti - fatigue.
