摘要
本文根据CCS规范要求,通过规范进行了一系列的焊接对比试验,详细分析了药芯焊丝CO2焊进行单面焊双面成型工艺时,陶瓷衬垫面焊缝成型表面花纹的出现原因。并通过NDT和力学性能测试的手段来检测焊缝的质量,明确提出花纹的出现并不影响焊缝性能,无需对焊缝进行返修的结论,消除了船东对焊缝质量上的担忧。文中的分析方法可以作为船舶建造行业解决类似问题时借鉴。
According to the requirement of CCS standard, A series of welding contrast tests were carried out by means of the specification, reasons for the appearance of the surface pattern of the ceramic lining in the technology of single side welding with flux cored wire CO., welding are analyzed in detail. And through the NDT and mechanical property test means to detect the quality of the welding seam, it is clear to observe that patterns do not appear to in- fluence perfornlance of the weld, and weld repair is not required, this eliminates weld quality concerns of the own- er. The analysis method in this paper can be used as reference for ship building industry to solve similar problems.
